Players that does long football passes down the court for a touchdown in a fast break and not get intercepted much.

Jason Kidd is pretty good at these kinds of passes, he used to do this A LOT with Richard Jefferson.

Put that in the best cornerback in the NBA, not quarterback.

I've heard a couple people say that Iverson could have made it to the NFL if he'd wanted too. He's a little small, but he's mad quick.

What's more, Charlie ward was a classic college QB - more of a runner than a thrower.

had both Ivy & Ward set their sites on the NFL, I'm not sure that Ward would have been better.
Go Knicks!! Go Mets!!

As for the Jets . . . just keep it entertaining.

As I indicated before, I don't think Iverson would have had a prayer as an NFL QB. I don't care how quick he is, he'd still end up getting hit quite a bit, and he wouldn't have lasted. Beyond that, the odds that he truly had the skill as a passer to stand out at that level are long, and there's no reason to assume he had them.

On the other side though, at cornerback, which he was just as good in at the high school level, he'd have been perfect.

As far as Iverson vs Ward at QB, I'd go with Ward. He's more proven at the higher level, and he's taller and bigger.

if Iverson had played any offensive position or returned kicks or punts in college, the first hit he took would have ended his career. Realize the crap D Jackson is getting for being so tiny this year, and realize Iverson is even smaller.
