I think Dooling and Evans will be back and the rest will not be. If Fran does not come over I would not be apposed to drafting a big like DJ White and using the MLE for a Childress or Diamantidis.

that's a massively crowded backcourt, unless JJ or Bogans or both are sent packing. you can't rely on a Nelson/Dooling combo solely at PG. so that means one more guard to the mix:

Nelson/Dooling
Childress/Evans/Bogans/JJ
Hedo/Childress

plus, you've got the option of Hedo possibly playing SG if we've got a good enough PF in the mix. just seems to me like we could do with cleaning house on some of the clutter. we need to upgrade to something more reliable so we don't have to use a patchwork roster - trying to find the hot hand each night.

Dmitris is my pipe dream for this summer.

The perfect tall defensive point guard, 3 times Greek league MVP, still 27 years old. Can hit the three (not his best weapon, though), rebounds in bunches, huge "stealer". Man, I'd kill to have him here, but I doubt Magic scouts know who he is. :P

If our scouts don't know about him, I will personally shoot them.
There really is a great chance that an NBA team will pry him from Greece and Octupus Man can shine in this league.

Dave Twardzik has basically lived in Europe these last two years. You can bet your britches the best PG in Europe has been scouted!

Agreed. He is the perfect big defensive PG for us. And he can play SG to boot. He is big enough to allow JJ to play next to him.

Jameer/Diamantidis/Dooling
Evans/Diamatidis/JJ/Dooling

Send Bogans packing and use this guard rotation and we will be nice. Diamantidis could become the starter at either position but I would not start him out as one.

Fran was scouted, he just was not contacted. Equally dumb of course, but he was scouted.
