Every statistics you are talking about is biased by the fact that Boston plays in the EC so they play NBDL teams 5 nights out of 8.
1) Yes, Boston plays great D. However, they defensive efficiency rating is helped by the incompetency of EC offense.
2) Yes, Boston has a great record against WC teams. However, they get the benefit of cruising to victories against NBDL teams most nights while the WC teams have to fight to death night in night out.
I don't question Boston being a great team. They are. But thinking that their current statistics indicate how well they can do in the WC is naive.
