Ok Let me explain. Everyone seems to like the idea of Simmons for GM including me if Harris is gone anyway. However does the man know anything about the cap? I think Simmons needs a running mate to pull off this coup and I would like to formally nominate our very own expert capologist GrandAdmiralDan for alternate governor. By having GAD become the alternate governor, he essentially takes Ron Walters job which can only be a positive. And yes I am being serious about this nomination.
I have talked to GAD about this and he believes he could do Ron's job but he did prefer someone else with better media relation skills be the GM. So there you go, it could be the dream team of basketball front office personal.
Vote Simmons and GAD in 2008. Yes We Can.

I can't believe that you didn't assume that you obviously would be guaranteed a cushy job.
I would replace the Vice President- Business Operations position that John Steinmiller holds with a new position created just for you. Vice President- Resident Sex Therapist.
With today's NBA players (and even executives, like Isiah) getting into so much sexual trouble, I think that would be a more useful position to have in the front office anyway.
97-98
Nick Van Exel (LAL) on defending the Stockton-Malone pick-and-roll: "Yeah,
I got a way to defend it. Bring a bat to the game and kill one of them."

Maybe pull off a Zach Randolph trade so I can teach him that water is not lube.

Should have called, you would've got at least one free drink out of the night and possibly more.

That is either a very good guess or otherwise we should be voting for you based on that ability to dig up dirt. Either way there will have to be a job for you too... and me too, I'll find something productive to do.

I'll vote for Gad, and it's not because I need you guys to vote for my daughter in a song contest, which incidently is coming up this week. Addition details to follow "tomorrow" per this boards request. Stay tuned.
