There are other American beers outside of the Coors, Bud and Miller that are quite good.

I think Monty is a little dated in that statement.

Well, isn't Budweiser and Miller really European lagers reproduced in America, a long time ago?

Hey, I enjoy Bud and Coors and Miller. Sorry, but after a hot day, thirsty as hell, I don't reach for my stouts. I don't like Guinness with wings either. All beers have their place.

I've had far worse Euro light beers than the American beers. Some Euro beers taste like ass, really skunky.

There are plenty of good, major American breweries, including Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada, and Dogfish, just to name a few. Brooklyn Brewery is local around here and produce some great stuff.

There's also a ton of terrific microbreweries around the country.

I think because Bud is so cheap, it's easily accessible, and so I guess a lot of foreigners automatically assume that's our best beer, but it's not.

It's like how foreigners think that McDonalds is our standard American food.

Smaller countries have a smaller scale of economy, so they'll naturally have a much more easily accessible range of quality beer.

Try drinking some Korean HITE beer... now THAT is as close to water as beer gets.

I'm a big fan of this Sam Adams Cherry Wheat that comes out seasonally. Soooo damn tasty....

I like all beers. However, if I want to party- there is no substitute in my mind - Jack Daniels.

I was only sober for 2 weeks because I was too busy. Went out this past weekend and got hammered. It was nice.

Anyways, during the Lakers/Mavericks game today, I saw my future business partner (starting this summer) courtside at the game. Didn't even know he was going to fly there for the game.

Well, at least, I know he makes money.

So after a week of my exercise regimen, perfect pushups (4x a week), and doing exercises with Phil's swiss ball for the off-days, I feel some substantial muscle swelling, and better muscle tone. Just after a week. Oddly enough, I actually LOST weight, about 2 pounds, despite no running or cardio (I also don't walk a lot each day).

Kind of surprising. More muscle, less weight?

To be continued.

By "skiing", I'm not talking about cocaine, by the way. Just wanted to clear that up.

I'm not a big skier. It's fun and I can stay up, but I can't stop worth a damn. They call me the orange net man... because I need a good crash into those thing at full speed to stop.
