Down by 12 at the half isn't what I'd choose --- 10 or under always seems like a more manageable run for the third.
But Al is still the high scorer in the game with his 14.

54-42 Sixers at the half. Not very Corey-like to miss both free-throws. Sixers are playing very well. Iguodala has been making it look easy. Williams, Green & Carney are looking pretty good for them as well. Al (14 points) & Corey (10 points) are leading the Clippers offense. Kaman has 8 but seemed to be on the bench for a long time in between the 1st and 2nd. I started to wonder if his back was bothering him again or if he was just avoiding Reggie. Mobley with only 2 points off the bench is going to have to get more involved offensively for us.

Ralph & Mike were talking about EB and his continuing effort to get back into game shape. EB has found it hard to practice with the team because of their current schedule not giving him many opportunities. He said he would go practice with the Arsenal, but the team is not going to allow that. That's funny but props to EB for not being too big to even suggest something like that.

He's just got to stop getting those offensive fouls. Almost picked up a third but I believe they gave it to Mobley.

We can't seem to keep Philly out of the paint. It seems like we can't guard anyone. We really need some of our players back.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Evans comes in, Kaman goes out.

67-54 Sixers with 2:54 remaining in the 3rd.

Miller is putting the ball where it needs to be for Philly. They've been looking so smooth while we're struggling.

Williams hits a 3 at the buzzer to put the Sixers up 73-59 at the end of the 3rd. Kaman, Maggette & Thornton all without a single field goal made in the 3rd quarter.

We only have 59 points through 3 quarters. We really gotta pick up our scoring. Thornton has 8 turn overs while Philly only has 8 turn overs as a team.

Wow..we are garbage. Looking through the box score, I'm trying to find something decent for us and all there is 19/6/4 for Corey on 4-13 field goal. Thornton, minus his 500 turnovers, had 20/6 on 6-11 shooting. 2 Minutes, 2 dimes for Andre Barret. Give him more playing time Dunleavy....damn.

106-80. Philadelphia has been in the zone as of late and played a great game tonight. Our players played sub-par. Maggette & Kaman didn't do much of anything in the 2nd half. Thornton with 10 turnovers was really disappointing. Not one of his better games regardless of putting up 20 points. Keep your head up rookie and look to the next game.

Man, how am I gonna do my Clipper brethren like that? Of course I got some for yalll...sho is tasty.

How is Thornton gonna have one of the worst games ever and still wind up with 20 points? Dude is gonna be fire. Its a disappointing loss, but all things considered, you gotta shake it off. My goal is 30 wins on the season though...we're runnin' outta time!

You guys do realize that Thorton had 20 points in 43 mins while Thad had 13 in 34 with only 2 turnovers?

Ok...what's your point? That one of Thorntons worst games < one of Thad's best games?

I'm glad you guys are happy with your pick because we're more than happy with Thornton. He may be 24 but he has room to grow as well. Nobody here is putting down Thad so what need do you have to gloat because Thad had a decent game tonight while Al had one of his worst performances?

And this was one of the worst performances Al has had all season, while one of the best for Thad. Like I said...what's your point? Al got 17/6 in February, including games of 33/12, 18/10, 23/7, 23/9/4, 25/6 throughout the year. I don't get how Young is better based off one game where he had one of his best showings and Al one of his worth.

Your happy with Thad? Good for you guys, we are ecstatic about Al. So what if he's a 24 year old rookie, doesn't mean he doesn't have room to grow. It just means he's a more polished player who can already give a solid 17/6 if he starts, while Thad is a question mark because it's unknown if he can even put that up
