What city deserves a new expansion team?

It'll be a crime if OK City doesn't get a team, they were selling out the Hornets before they began playing well.

there should be NO expansion, if anything, just shuffle a couple of the lower teams around or just contract em.
the places im for:
San Diego
Vancouver
St Louis
not for:
OKC
NY
Louisville or any other minor league town

the clippers need to get out of the shadow of the lakers. seriously. its sad.

seattle should stay. great city. stupid owners. 40 years of tradition all gone, for what?

if all of this makes the hornets move to an easy conference, i LOVE IT!
