My guess is that the City has already fine-tuned the plan for the Key and now is organizing the funding. Half of the money is available from private sources, but can they get another $75 million from the legislature? Also, can they force Clay to sell?

From what is being said, the Costco CEO is a minor partner..and not one of the 'big' names.

Yeah, I saw that. Sinegal's carry the water for the bigger fish.

Still, I like the idea of supersized beer. A lot.

Biggest drawback is going to be that only executive and business members get in for the first quarter.
