I miss the Colangelos
look what has happened to toronto since bryan got there. and look what has happened to us since he left. maybe we can go back in time and not let sarver buy the team. then neither colangelo would be gone.

So how many championship did the C's bring to the suns orgnization? Yeah, thats right, same as sarver and Kerr. BC has some good, and bad with his moves. I will never consider him a great gm, but a good one at best for now. I really don't care if BC was here because I really do not see that much differnce a GM could have done to get this team to play better. Yeah, he might have not made the shaq trade, but at least Kerr had some balls to do something different. To me, it is up to the players and coach to get this right. We do not know what we could have got, but can speculate at best. But we all know this team as it was, was not going to win it all.

I 100% disagree. I don't care if I'm the only one, but I thought we had a shot, however small, however miniscule, we still had a shot.

i want to add that i think letting ivaroni go hurt as well. yes BC made some bad moves but he made many more good ones. he also knew what he was doing. neither mike nor kerr had any front office experiance. who knows, i was drunk when i wrote this in the first place.

We've been selling draft picks since the Colangelos era and those stupid moves are coming back to bite us in the a**. The short-sightedness of this organization has been appalling. Its really disgusting that this team went from such a bright future 3 years ago, to basically having a 1 year window before we're the Grizzlies.

The 2005-06 Suns will always have a special place in my heart

Colangelo at least had some success bringing in young players including JoeJ, Amare and LB. What we've got since then? We have an aging roster and in the position of hoping we get lucky with Atlanta's pick.

rsavaj, say what you want, but what happened is how it is. You can't change it and sit back and say what if. Yes, we have had bad luck and most of think we would have had a chance
I also do not buy he would have done a million things different. As mkot said, they have been doing this even before BC "left" us......remember? Yeah, in a middle of a contract too.
Don't forget guys, its only been 4 years and there winning % is a lot higher than the C's running this organization. Yes, I know what they have done for this organization. I have been a fan for 28 years, and have been born and raised here in the valley. What I am saying is all I care about is a championship. The C's did not do that. They got us close, brought in horrible players. They got lucky that Isaiah was willing to be the suns best GM by taking on all of our bad contracts, and rebuilding.
As we all know, they have tried with this team, and keep them together. I do not like many of the moves they have made, but the C

Thats funny & sad. I almost got a Finley jersey too, I also wanted a Richard Dumas Jersey but thankfully I with KJ instead.
