I DON'T CARE DONKEY! I WANT TO FEEL SMART! MY LOGIC DOESN'T WORK WITH THE AGE DIFFERENCE!

let me live a little!

so what if Kobe was getting 20+ a night when he was N1's age....

just wait donk, when Nick turns into Kobe, i get rights to laugh at you :D
most likely, you won't care if you're getting laughed at WHEN N1 is Kobe

that was funny!

i don't know about the next kobe, but he's been pretty good for a #16 pick. the next 2-3 years, i envision him as instant offense off the bench ala the microwave. how many assists did vinnie johnson have?

This is what I also have wanted to see. You have to play your healthy players and start getting ready for the playoffs.

I actually don't mind ABs minutes going down because I have been watching him grab his (I think right ankle) for weeks now. I don't think anyone has reported him as injured but if you watch him in games, he grabs his leg or skips on it several times a game.

DMAC has grown a ton over the last 2 weeks. Give him more burn.
Mason has been amazing this year. Play him.

NY has also proven to have a great shot and mad talent.

OP has been a mixed bag but you have to play him.

Loved seeing some BH, AB, OP line up.

We have to get healthy without injuring more players while we are waiting for players to return. Thank God DS got a game rest by getting ejected. That's exactly what he needed.

Great timing that we are at home and have only 1 back to back until Tue, Mar 25

I don't know. It's winning time now. If we go on a six or seven game win streak we could grab the fourth or even third spot in the east by the end of the season. Rest AD, but don't rest anyone else for the sake of giving OP or DMAC burn that they probably don't need now. They've gotten theirs and they'll be able to help in an emergency in the playoffs. Now it's time to get Gil back in the mix and ride AJ, BH, and Stevenson. CB too if he's available.

I think whoever gets the three spot in the east is going to the finals. Especially if the Celts are #2. Don't want to face Detroit until the conference finals. But this team can take both those teams.
Help us, Obi-wan Leonsis. You're our only hope.

Young was one of the few bright spots against the Magic with 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 1 assist. The only shot he missed in the game was a free throw. He only had 1 turnover, when he lost the ball trying to split the double team by trying to dribble in between it. Young barely played in the 1st half mostly because Stevenson and Mason Jr. were playing so well.

When you say they played well, I assume you're ignoring defense - which is what the entire Zards team did last night.

Well Stevenson played defense. Can't say the same for Mason.[/quote]

But... In my post there is no GA right now.

We are pretty banged up. The Mason hamstring was a new one for me. Add him to the list.

AD-Everything
DS-Knee
Mason-Hamstring
AB-Ankle I think

AJ, Songaila, NY, DMAC, OP, and Haywood seem to be the only ones healthy.

I'm on the bandwagon that he'll be better than Mike Miller.

Nick Young makes great plays with athleticism, and boneheaded moves with his low basketball IQ. Maybe its just rookie mistakes.

But when I see the guy get the ball in the second half of a close game with Toronto, and immediately launch a long 3 with someone in his face and just 5 seconds into the shot clock, or a two dribble and fadeaway J from 18 ft, I have to wonder.

That's just streetball. Taint smart.

Right now he's giving us Jarvis Hayes-level production. Eventually he will be a significantly more proficient scorer than "Arvis", but is that really saying all that much? Hopefully that comparison will soon cease to be meaningful, but right now his stats are extremely Arvis like across the board.

OK buddy last time I checked Nick isn't going 2-10 from the field like Arvis used to.

He is already 10X the player Arvis ever was. Go wash your mouth with soap. No one deserves to be comared to Arvis.

I agree, Nick Young is nothing like Jarvis Hayes. He would have to miss all the season with a knee injury to come anywhere close to Hayes.

Nick Young rookie year:

FG%: 42 (better)
3PT%: 37 (better)
FT%: 82 (better)

Arvis rookie year:

FG%: 40
3PT%: 30
FT%: 78

Lets see in 15 more minutes Arvis only scored 3 more PPG than Nick and committed more turnovers while averaging only .7 more assists.

Soo umm grandpa did you say something? Did I just see you drop DA HATERADE?[/b]
