There's no question Sam Cassell is the better performer in clutch situations. It would only be logical to choose him over Rondo in the clutch.

Yeah, but what about when a trip to the NBA Finals is on the line. It might have felt like it, but last night was not the playoffs. I'd go with Cassell, but that could change by the end of the season.

Cassell has a lot of history behind him to back it up, which effects the votes. It doesn't mean anything until we see them perform this season. Rondo has been absolutely fine for this team, there's no reason to mess with chemistry, IMO.

I still trust Cassell to knock down the shot if the game is on the line more than i trust rondo to do it. If Cassell is on the floor with Pierce, Allen, and KG teams will have four guys they need to worry about.
