Team B's guards completely shut down Team A's guards leading to a team B victory.
Now LBJ fans do not get mad at the next thing I type, but MJ, Scottie, and KG all take turns exposing LBJ's defense and show he needs about 2 to 3 more years till he can get to that elite level of defense that he should get to with his size, length, and athleticism.

I also think team B's bench gives you a very interesting opportunity to go very big and have a lineup of
C- Wilt
PF- Camby/Yao
SF- KG
G- MJ
G- Clyde
where you could transition to a zone defense and take advantage of the bad 3 point shooting of Lebron and Magic.
I think if Team A had a different PF, even though Duncan is the best PF of all-time, who could play in the transition game I would give Team A the edge. Maybe honestly having LBJ at PF and a different SF.
I would say switch Duncan and KG, but that wouldn't work, because then Team B would have an even bigger defensive edge.

trying to out-huge a Magic led team would be a terrible idea. Team A could put on their starting line-up and all players are big for their positions [except Duncan]. also magic would burn a big line-up.
I would take team A
Kareem = Wilt
Duncan [esp prime] >> Garnett [now]
LeBron > Pippen
Kobe <<< Jordan
Magic > Frazier
team B's defense would be phenomenal but I'm sure that Magic would find a way to dissect it regardless.
