What is Lebrons height and weight?

Post#1 » by Wade3Iverson » Sat Mar 8, 2008 10:12 pm

He came out of high school at 6'8 240 (maye 245) yet people still list him at the same size.

I heard somewhere on the Cavs board 6'9 260 ( a while ago).

So what is he?

I dont get why its a big deal to know the REAL height and weight of the players. Who cares....whatever they give on their stat sheet is ball park so who cares. Its not like when you play pick up games that you need to know everyhones height and weight...you just estimate it and thats it.

He *could* play PF now. Honestly, they could put him anywhere but center this point and have some sort of advantage.

Lebron is a fatty, he needs to get on the Tayshaun Prince diet.

If he really set his mind to being a C in the league, he could do it against most teams. I mean, he looks taller than Ben Wallace.

Oh yeah, and 6'9", 260 looks about right.

LeBron really doesn't like physical contact enough to play PF at this point. He just doesn't like it.

When he gets older, and his quickness/hops fade - Lebron will surely become more of a low block PF type player.

He would have the size to defend PF's but still maintain a quickness advantage. Sort of a bigger Charles Barkley in terms of how he could play

He gets physical contact on all his drives, and he drives all the time...I think he at least puts up with.

Besides, most of the time when he makes contact, he's not the one feeling it.

Yeah he's definitely taller than Carmelo now. When they first came in the league Carmelo was 6'6 1/2 and Lebron was 6'7 1/4.

Now he's probably 6'8 barefoot and ~6'9 1/4 in shoes. He's huge; pretty much nobody can stop him once he gets a step and goes up for a dunk in traffic.

He's definitely 6"9, Im guessing he rounded up when he said 260lbs.

Not much height difference between the two, scary to think this guy plays on the perimeter and has athleticism/handles comparable to a guard.

I would trade all three all-stars from my team for Lebron without a second's hesitation.
