What I meant is that the Bay Area gets overshadowed by Los Angeles. When people hear "California", they mostly think of Hollywood, the incredible Lakers and all the other LA ****. When people hear "Bay Area" they think of gay people, and stupid people who have nothing else to do ghost riding their whips.

The Bay Area is the underdog of California, that's all i'm saying. Lets get back on topic though.

And I don't think that has much to do with the Bay Area not getting recognition, is all I'm saying.

The Bay Area gets plenty of recognition, it just tends to fall short from a production standpoint. If youknowwhati'msay'in.

Seeing what the Suns and Mavs are doing now, this is a tough call. The Nuggets have looked good in three tough games recently: Boston, Suns and Spurs, and they've played like crap otherwise, including to some bad teams (Bulls and Bucks). Overall, though, it seems to me that the Nuggets may be trending more upwards, and the Suns and Mavs more downwards, especially against tough competition.

Ultimately though, there's going to be at least one really good team not in, and we'll have to comfort ourselves by watching about four dogbutt east teams wander around the court for a few playoff games.

i think the nuggets will miss the playoffs. As long as the warriors dont collapse during the last stretch they will keep their spot.

I bet on the Nuggets, but Hornets are not a lock.

ahh it's nice to see a Ya Boy fan from Colorado. haha, it's really hard for anything/anyone from the Bay Area to get some recognition. The Warriors, our music, our city etc.

So yeh, good to see someone outside the Bay Area who actually knows who Ya Boy is. He's one of our only hopes to put the Bay Area back on the map. haha.

All my friends are Ya Boy fans, put 100 more on and once you hear that you going to want more. I get every Ya Boy track I can get my hands on 100 bars of death was off the hook to. Even got a Ya Boy T-Shirt I like to rock. He is the man I want to see more Ya Boy and Game on some tracks.

:P

Ya Boy why you always rapping over other people's beats?

Its called a mixtape you dumb ****!!!
Bay Area Bully aka the Mixtape Monsta

Yeah, i've been pissed off at him lately. He stopped affiliating with BWS and is hella trying to do stuff by himself now. If he stayed with BWS he probably would have had a track with Game produced by Dr. Dre already. It's taking him forever to come out with a damn album.

there is a chance of a draw between 9 teams, all get 55-28. lakers and spurs lose some in a row and then warriors and nuggets win.

Yea that was upsetting. My friend said Precise was affliated with BWS but I didn't believe him and now that you mentioned that I really don't believe him now. I wonder when he plans on dropping that album he has mentioned it in some songs that it was coming soon, hopefully in the summer.

I doubt he's coming out with an album this summer. He has all the skill in the world, but he's too focused on gaining new fans by putting out hella mixtapes. He's trying to go 5x platinum on his first mainstream album... that's why he's taking so long to come out with one, because he wants to make sure he's gonna sell a lot of records when it comes out.

He's also working with some no name producers. I don't even see him working with the big name producers like Scott Storch, Dr. Dre, Timbaland, etc. I'm starting to lose faith in him but hopefully he knows what he's doing.

Rap and R&B sucks anyway, who cares

Now, I just went to WOMAD (Australias largest music festival) and Got to see some real amazing muso's who play INSTRUMENTS!

How boring would it be if we all listened to the same music? Oh it would be like the 50's. FUN!!!! To tell you the truth I like Rap because of a lot of things but one of the reasons is definately not playing intruments. I don't go to a basketball game hoping to watch hockey and I don't listen to rap to hear a guitar solo. I do like rock as well but you are comparing apples to oranges.

I couldn't imagine Ya Boy with some good producing because he is better than 95% of the rappers out there. That's why I am so excited about his album, but that sucks it's not coming out soon. It's probably going to be like Detox, just keeps getting pushed back. He just has a nasty flow to him, speaks from the heart not too many rappers do that now a days, that is probably why I don't listen to the radio anymore.

(sorry about being off topic ill stop)
