First and foremost you have to avoid being suspended or banned. Otherwise the rules are actually quite simple. Talk Basketball.

Just tell a commish how you feel. There are some mods on RealGM that I know are huge homers, and some are pretty unbiased. You just need to know how to play your cards with mods.

Yeah if your complaining about your thread being locked, its because it was going to accomplish nothing but people arguing a pointless argument. Asking who is basically a bigger failure between Dallas and Phoenix is just going to create a flame war between two fan bases and its not going to end well.
