I would take the Suns in this, whos gonna defend Shaq or Amare? Nash? I think the Suns can match up well with the Rockets (Bell on Mac and Hill on Battier with Nash on Alston) but the Rockets cant do the same, I know I am underrating this team because you dont just win 18 in a row by coincidence and a favorable schedule
Go Knicks!

Remember the old days when Deke and Shaq went at it when it was Philly vs. LA in the finals? Both have lost several steps since than and another clash between the 2 would be great to see. Nash and Amare's pick and roll would destroy the Rockets as Paul and Chandlers did the other nite. Though Rockets managed to pull out a double digit win in that game. So who knows?

Also Rockets themselves like to run a lot of pick and rolls that involve their point guard and pretty much anyone on their roster. So Nash would probably get his share of beatings on the defense end.

This matchup won't end up happening, but if it did I would love to watch it. Unless Steve Nash excepts his new role, which is to feed the post to Shaq, find Amare on cuts, and shoot a hell of a lot more, Houston will win. Don't bet against TMac this year in the first round unless they have to face the Lakers some how.
