If Ron wanted to play here for the MLE we would think about it. I think first and foremost Doc would have to be for it. Also the big 3 and probably Rondo as well. I think the deal would have to be team options after the first year so we could always just cut him if he made any trouble. He MIGHT be ok with a 1 or 2 year stay, win a title and then get a big contract somewhere else. He'd have to also accept a bench role. I think there are a lot of what ifs. It is a possibility but in no way anything likely.

I think most contenders are going to want Artest. I hope he doesn't end up on the Lakers. Unfortunately on this team, he would have to be the sixth man.
