I could not agree with you less. They come out strong many times in the 3rd quarter. In this case, they are playing a very good team (better than the Sixers) and that is how the NBA works ... the best team usually comes out in the 3rd quarter and assumes control. This is typical NBA action.

He's a shotblocking center who doesn't like to box out when rebounding. Considering the fact that he doesn't have much of an offensive game, playing against a good defensive/rebounding team, when the blocks aren't coming in, he isn't going to look too good. He's the most overrated kind of player. Give me smart basketball with timely rotations any day of the week over a guy who can block shots and relies heavily on athleticism to get his rebounds.

This doesn't bother me as much as I see it bothering others here. This was totally predictable. You have a rebuilding team that is at least 2 years away from being able to compete with the Big Boys playing against a team that is ready now to compete for a Championship. It is not a surprise to me to see the Sixers getting beat. And they are getting beaten in typical NBA style. The Pistons play just hard enough to stay in the game for the first half and then work hard at the beginning of the second half to secure the game and then they coast for the 4th quarter to their win. I have seen this pattern hundreds of times. If the Sixers get hot and make shots near the end they might have a slight chance to win ... otherwise ... it is over. Nothing surprising here ... and nothing to be upset about.
Actually the Sixers are playing very well and giving the Pistons a good game.
