96 Points a game allowed? :-?

I'm just saying

To Quote the other Post

I never said they were better than us. In my opinion both teams are as good as each other. I'm just saying Allen Iverson would be a better fit for Toronto because they are in a dyer need for a Star Wing. They have a good Supporting cast. One of the best in the league. They can score the basketball, They can play defense, and They've got the Superstar Big.

Magic need a supporting cast, they need to play more defense. Before we could get our hands on a guy like Allen Iverson.

Both Teams would be better. But the Magic would be like the old Suns who just run and run. That obviously dosen't win championships. But the Raptors would be more of a complete team.

Pace?

Pts per 100 possesions: Orlando 107, Toronto 106. Not much of a difference at all.

Orlando catches up in eFG% allowed .488 to Toronto's .502

Because of pace. Doesn't make them a better defensive team

Yes that would be something but in Iverson's case I don't think he'd want to share the rock with so many stars anyway.

Magic would just score a whole bunch of points.

Raptors play better defense than we do and Score as good. Getting Iverson would just make the Raptors better team on the Defensive and Offensive side. And Giving them the Superstar Gaurd that they need to go with the Superstar Big. Plus them having good supporting cast. Plus them having TJ Ford or Calderon (Real Point Gaurds).

We don't play defense or have a reliable supporting cast.

They play better defense and score as good and have better point guards yet we are the ones with a far better winning %. Suuuuuure.

They don't play better defense. Teams shoot a lower % from the field against us, and from the 3 point line. They give up less points because they play slower.

But here is what I find hilarious. You say they are better at defense because they give up 96.68 and we give up 100.33. And then you say they score just as good, with them being 100.5ppg and the Magic at 104.7ppg, LOL. The difference in offensive ppg is bigger advantage for the Magic than the Raptors for defensive ppg. Yet SOMEHOW, the Raptors are better on defense and just as good on offense. Yea, explain that logic to me. Not to mention that we also shoot a higher % than they do, and we take a lot more 3's too. So please, tell me how they are just as good on offense.

Yea I so retarted

If I didn't know much basketball myself I think I would go to childish insults

And Okay We have a better offense than Raptors..... I'm not going to lie about that.

But my main point is Iverson coming on the Magic, would make us a better team. But not better than the Raptors team.

Didn't Reebok just give Iverson a massive extension and bonus? With that said, he might be willing to take a lesser amount to play in Boston/Phoenix or maybe even Orlando... (Wishful thinking) Due to Reebok supplementing his salary....Scary Thought of Iverson joining the suns or Celtics...

Can you imagine what the offseason trading frenzy would be like if that happened????
I thought Iverson had a lifetime contract like McGrady/Kobe/VC do.

Return to Orlando Magic
