I'm really hoping it's San Antonio and Denver fighting for 8th.

yeah...not going to happen, I think if Nuggets are in, Warriors are the team that is going to be left out.

Stranger things have happened. Warriors might even get 6th or 7th. I mean if you want to base it off of what seems likely at the moment, we'd have 9 teams with about 50 wins and San Antonio would be one of those teams.

I'd rather have the Warriors in there because they're just more exciting. San Antonio has the fundamentals down they're just expected to win 55 every year. I'm going with the unexpected.

the only chance of the playoffs we have are winning close games, playing D,and the shaq blowing up in kerr's face.
(ps I think if anyone in the top 8 should not make the playoffs it is the suns if you didn't already guess)

nice win against memphis, especially with GS winning. AI played like crap, 8 assists to match his points. melo with 13 boards being awesome
camby makes it rain from 3 point land he played great also

KMART is great I hope he and our bench continue to step up the last 18 games

Slow start, but the Nuggets picked up the enery and defense and blew out a a weak opponent at home, just like they should have.

Nice to see the bench get extended minutes at the end, give them some PT, and the rotation guys could use the rest.

He did have a nice little game the thing I liked about it is he got his numbers and really didn't take anything away from anybody else on the team. I like how his shot looked tonight. He even stepped in from deep to get himself a better shot.

I wasn't really worried when we went down early. I wasn't a happy camper, but I wasn't worried. I thought the whole game was a good overall example to Melo and to AI that this team has some players that can help them out and win some games. That pass Melo made to Kmart was perfect, and the finish came from way above the rim. Kmart had some nice finishes in this game. He is ready to be the 3rd scorer on this team just like JR and Kleiza can be at times. I don't know if we will make the playoffs or not, but if they keep playing as a team and winning it will be fun to find out.

You have to look at the positives, we did gain a game on the Spurs, and we are a game in the win column closer to catching the pack ahead of us that didn't play. Tonight we gain a half a game on either the Warriors or the Suns from the loser of that game. If we win our next two, which are winnable games, we should gain a minimum of a game in the standings with the Jazz (I think they lose in Boston, and I think the Philly game is another possible loss, so we aren't out of that race just yet. We just have to keep winning our games.

Good post.

I don't know if any one has checked out Utah's April schedule, but it is brutal.

vs. Minny
vs. SA
@ NO
@ Dallas
vs. Denver
vs. Houston
@ SA

Thats at least as hard as the 5 game schedule Denver just went through. I honestly believe if the Nuggets can keep pace with the Jazz until then, we have a very good chance of gaining three games on them in April.

That would be five consecutive accurate picks on Nuggets game by me. I guess I should start being more optimistic all the time.
