Re the Thrashers: Waddell staying as GM, but they'll hire a new HC and try not to ever have a same GM/HC again; explanation of why ticket prices are going up (intention is to get prices eventually near NHL average; doing it gradually each and every year, instead of a big jump or contingent up[on success); a dance around if Beast had been offered the HC or not; and another dance around open cap space, referring to some deals that didn't go through which would have taken advantage of their "flexibility."
