Have the Jazz and Hornets advanced the Pistons as a better TEAM?

Jazz have owned the Pistons for how long now? Jazz are a horrible match for the Pistons. Head to head it's Utah by a mile.

The Jazz dominate both the Pistons and Hornets.

I'm not gonna put too much weight in head to head - the Warriors owned the Mavs last year (regular season and playoffs), but they were clearly not the better team.
Pistons are, in my opinion, still a top 4 team in the league (in no particular order: Lakers, Spurs, Celtics, Pistons), and are thus still slightly better than both the Jazz and the Hornets.

How can they beat the Jazz in a 7 game series, when they have lost the last 8 meetings vs the Jazz? :dontknow:

Overall I'd say the Pistons are still a top 4 or 5 team and ahead of both Utah & New Orleans. But as has been stated the Jazz seem to have the Pistons number. I'd rather face ANY team other than them in a playoff series. I'd rather play the Lakers & Spurs back to back on the road than face the Jazz lol.
