Not a fan of Brook Lopez?

I'd rank him in the top 4... maybe even 2nd overall on this list.

That is the one guy I had trouble but his play has been really poor over the last 3-4. I know you cant make judgements over a few games--he does have some Tim Duncan type skills but something is not doing it for me.

Lopez had 20 points, 15 rebounds and 2 blocks last night during a win over Arizona.

He lost the two games before that (to UCLA and USC - two good teams), but still put up solid numbers (14.5ppg and 11.5rpg).

For the season he's averaging 18.9ppg, 8.5rpg, 2.2bpg, .470 FG% and .777 FT%. He's 7'0" and only 19 years old. He'll be a high lottery pick for sure.

Yeah and he took 25 shots to score 20 points. I think he is in the low 30s over the last 3 and under 45% for pac ten play.

I'm sure I could find similar faults with the 11 players you ranked ahead of him.

It's cool though, everyone has different opinions. I personally think Brook Lopez will be one of the best pros to emerge from this year's draft class and I'm sure most GMs recognise that fact.

And you wouldn't have to look past last night for Thabeet. Anyone that takes half these guys over Lopez is nuts.

I will say that from watching Javal McGee the last 24 hours--he appears to be the best C prospect in the draft. He might not be as solidly built as Lopez or as dominate defensively as Thabeet but he is more fluid athletically with very long arms and it appears as if he understands all of the nuances of the game with multiple skill sets already for a 20 YO C.

It's not even close, by far the #1 C prospect IMO
