I always thought he was a decent defender. But you might wanna close your eyes when hes handling PG duties on offense.

Yeah, he was a very good on-ball defender. Extremely quick and athletic.

But his ball-handling skills need work, he's a bad passer, and is usually out of control.

he'd be a decent defensive sg. Has a herky jerky jumper and hands of stone around the basket.
Help us, Obi-wan Leonsis. You're our only hope.

Why ya askin?

The thing I remember most about DT was that he was the fastest guy on the team, but had poor handles. DT was almost worth keeping as a SG/PG defender.

Co-sign all of that and I'll add that he can't hit a jumper to save his life. His layups are only slightly better.

As long as you don't expect any half court offense from him - and don't use him at the point - you should be happy with him - as he can ball-hawk and fly up and down the court.

This year, in preseason, he literally threw away a roster spot... jacking up shots like there's no tomorrow (ironically for him, it turns out that there wasn't).

He had some very good games with the Wiz, particularly when Gil was hurt and he played big minutes at the point, but played within himself (i.e. he never shot the basketball).
