Solid. There is some stuff I do not necessarily agree with, but nothing seemed unreasonable. Except possibly Mayo ahead of Rose. 6'4'', super athletic true PG's always trump scoring SG's.

But the thing is, Mayo isn't just a scoring SG IMO....tonight's game vs UCLA, while not an eye popping stats game for Mayo, further solidified him at 2 for me....should have answered some people's concerns about his ability to get in the lane

Hey Cammo....I tried PMing you but it is restricted for whatever reason, I am curious if you will be at the draft camp in Orlando?

I like Mayo, but true PG's with Rose's skill set are just too rare. Guys like Mayo are not.

I'm not living in Orlando anymore so I doubt it. I probably could have gotten in if I still lived down there, but I moved to Illinois in October. I'd love to go though.

Thanks and ditto. Stranger things have happened but I have no plans to do it as of yet. I'd love to at some point take my site to the next level and really get heavy into the scouting at events. Some day.

I think Gordon has slipped quite a bit, he really hasn't shown me anything (if its the wrist, why he still suiting up in meaningless tournament/big 10 games)

Ditto.....I am considering moving Randolph and Arthur ahead of him but not at this point.....when Gordon is on, he is scary and he is young, so I doubt I make the move.....but it shows how highly I think of both Arthur and Randolph at this point, especially Arthur

Mayo's skill set is incredible, most complete player in the lottery by far.

Thanks PNF, I am trying to figure a way to get Weaver out of the 1st rd because I have serious concerns regarding his offensive abilities in the NBA.....but as of now I will keep him there until maybe another underclassman decides to declare (ie. Alexander, Lawson, etc)

Well rumor has it that R Lopez is coming out along with the other kid from USC. Also look for Williams from Louisville to declare.

Solid ranking. There are very few things I would change. Where would you put Donte Greene if he came out? I'd put him at 7.

Donte is intriguing given his size and legit ability to play both the 3 & 4 down the line.....but I really think he has some serious work left to do on his game (pretty much all areas besides jacking up jumpers; handle is limited, defensive effort & technique are poor, and little offensive versatility).....it would be a long term development mistake for him to come out IMO.....I would place him at 9, maybe even 10 behind Danilo who has a far more well rounded game and the same nice ability from distance (but obviously not the same athleticism as Greene)

But don't get me wrong, Greene immediately struck me as an uber prospect because it's rare for someone that size to have 3 skills and athleticism, but he is also a player that needs more time

Greene really needs a bunch of work. He's bad defensively, and can't create anything for himself off of the dribble. Over 50% of his shots taken are 3 pointers, and he doesn't shoot them at a good percentage. So basically, the one area where people thinks he excels at (catching and shooting), is really just another weakness.

Update:

and for the record I actually want to move these two guys higher than I am about to......and also for the record, I have been considering moving up Arthur for awhile

I switching Randolph and Arthur (so Darrell is now #7) and I am switching Hansbrough and Rush (so Rush now #23)......and as I said, ultimately they could keep moving up in the future

I know who he is and recognize that some team might take him but this is MY big board and I have always felt from the 1st time that I saw him that he is way overrated.....I use Derrick Byars as a gauge for his draft stock and NBA prospects.....early 2nd rd for ME, maybe not for you or possibly even some teams

New BIG BOARD as of 3/16/08

1. Beasley
2. Mayo
3. Rose
4. Arthur
5. Lopez
6. Bayless
7. Randolph
8. Gordon
9. Gallinari
10. Thabeet
11. Batum
12. Jordan
13. Budinger
14. Hibbert
15. Augustin
16. Westbrook
17. Thompson
18. Lee
19. Love
20. Rush
21. CDR
22. Hendrix
23. Collison
24. Hansbrough
25. Hardin
26. Anderson
27. Pekovic
28. Asik
29. Weaver
30. Erden

with once again, the end of the 1st really subject for change when it comes to other underclassmen deciding to declare (ex. Robin Lopez I would place at 21 or 22, based a great deal upon potential)

and another note: rush vs CDR is still a debate for me, very subject to change when it comes to the battle for position #20

Great board.

Just a hunch, I think Hansbrough makes a push for top 15 by draft time.
