Yea Adelman has no discipline right now when it comes to Mac's minutes. And Mac doesn't want to come out of games. He looked dog tired tonight in the 4th. Now that we have taken the 2nd longest streak ever. We are not getting the #1 so I am hoping that this streak ends. I mean I would hate for it to end during this tough stretch so people can say 'oh there you go they faced a 40 win team and lost". But I fear if it doesn't McGrady will have nothing left for the playoffs and you know he is gonna play big minutes during that time.
48 mins twice in one week. I dunno how often that happens. Its just ridiculous right now but I know there really isn't a good time to take him off the floor unless its a blowout. This is troubling situation developing right now.

i think it's also due to landry's absence. with landry, our other guards can do some pick and rolls to create some offense or he'll get some offense himself via off. reobunds. without him, deke/hayes cannot do jack.
its not a coincidence our offense suffers the last 3 games w/o landry. i think once he'll be back, we'll be alright.
tmac just showed what kind of a warrior he is. i think this is the first time in his career where he has total confidence not only in himself, but his team. and for the first time, people are doubting, which is shocking to me. this dude can still put a team on his shoulders as well as anybody and ppl didn't know that.
look at tracy at the end of this video. that's a determined guy right there. hopefully he'll do the same thing v. the lakers. tmac v. kobe is gonna be off the hook.

Yesterday confirmed a concern that I had in regards to our defense with and without Yao. Deke is obviously a better shot blocker and help defender but as far as man to man defense against a post player, Yao is bigger and stronger. Guys like Eddy Curry, Okafor and D. Howard have a hard time posting up Yao because of his strength and his underrated ability to get in between them and the basket whereas Deke can get pushed around a little more. He had some good blocks on Okafor but prior to that, Okafor was backing him down and getting whatever he wanted. That is exactly why Boozer had to take Yao out further in the playoffs last year and exploit his speed disadvantage because he couldn't really bully him in the post. Makes me worry a little bit if we go up against a guy like Shaq or Duncan.

Yeah I've noticed that. I want to see Justin Williams play some so I can see how he plays. He's supposed to be a good defender, and he's a big body, so I don't understand why he doesn't even get 5-10 minutes at least. I mean, we signed him for a reason right? Let's at least see what he has to offer.

Has anyone been watching McGrady's FG%?

He is shooting the best FG% since the 2002-2003 season.

He was terrible against the Nets, didn't hustle(big no no on this team), and I don't think he is even a legit 6'10.

But that was with like 5 minutes left in the game. I was at the game and you might be right about his height, but oh well. As for him not hustling, maybe the motivation will be there if he gets minutes in a meaningful game? I don't know. I just want to see us have a quicker shotblocking presence for spurts in the game.

I think we should give Deke sometime. He hasn't really played any good big men in a while, so it would be a good test on Chandler. I don't think he played much in that Hornets game the other week. I think if he can watch some video of some of the people he is going to guard, he can get better at it. Right now, he is not used to guarding such talented and strong players. I think we should all give him a couple more games.

Chandler isn't a post player though. He scores like Kelvin Cato, lol.

you play every minute
he's on a 10-day contract
he got the opportunity to play and didn't even play
i don't like it
