I'd love for us to smack Boston around. Who knows, if we are playing solid by the time playoffs come around, I can see a competitive series.

As so many of us have pointed out, the Nets fortunes depend mostly on Vince. Vince had a good night, and the Nets defeat a good team.

Yessir. Especially if we play like we did today. Rebounding and running.

We're 8-1 when Vince has 10 or more free throws . You do the Math.

Great job NJN... Outrebounding us, and outhustling us for a dunkathon demonstrated great commendable effort by the team. Our defense was terrible as usual against bad teams (for those of you who get offended, teams that are not elite).

We keep playing down to our competition.

Well part of the Jazz's problem is that Boozer is a black hole on defense, like I said above Boozer got his and was a monster on offense but the number of times he left Boone open was amazing.

It's this among other reasons why I still have the Jazz among the second tier western conference teams.

Nice excuse. You guys had chances to win but blew it. We toke advantage, and won fair. Good game though.

I don't know what to say... We beat the Suns, Nuggets, Celtics... but we lose to the Bulls and Nets... The only reality is that we play down to our competition.

Go to the Jazz forum, I portrayed Boozer and Mr. Magoo... his defense is just like a blackhole indeed.

gotta admit we got lucky with the ball rollin our way, and the no foul on the other end, but lets not forget while jefferson was drivin in the last possesion there was a swipe, none the less, a win is a win........

Anyone who thinks this team has a chance against Boston needs a reality check. Tonight was a good performance but this team is going nowhere.

This is why Kidd was traded and the roster will be reshaped during the offseason but still we've got talented young players that have to show their talent.

Some playoff games surely wouldn't hurt since a very good pick seems out of reach anyway.

Just because because the Jazz beat the suns that doesnt mean that they will also beat the Nets. It's all about the mismatches.

I think the Jazz have problems with Teams that have aggresive Wing players , they usually get off against them.

well their best shotblocker is a wingman, so if your team's aggresive wingman gets past AK47, you're going up for an easy dunk, like boozer and okur are not contesting RJ, VC , Gwall, Tmac, Wade , Kobe ect.. ..

How about Swift being put in for defensive purposes on the Jazz' last shot? Because of Swift's pressure on the inbounds pass, the Jazz were forced to go to the corner for the contested shot by Okur.

Serpo. when was the sequence you complained about from Stromile? I missed most of the game but I can check out the archive on nba.com.

Was somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd when the Jazz had one of their runs.
I'll look it up tomorow on league pass when it's added to the archive.
