Swift could be on his way out

Post#1 » by SteveNets15 » Fri Mar 14, 2008 6:00 pm

I heard he got into an argument with Frank already, thats why he didn't play vs the Cavs.He thinks are coach sucks which i agree with but he said the same thing about lavaroni in Memphis. You can't go about your business like that, it's turning into a trend for him to blame the coaches pretty soon no one's gonna want him.I'd rather see Sean out there anyway cuz he's younger,he's not a headcase and he's are future.

If he wants out then he shouldn't exercise his player option... Then again no one is going to pay this loser $6 million ever again.

At most I could see some team gambling on him for something like $4 million over 2 years. That'd still be a $2 million loss for Slowmile Stiff so I doubt he doesn't exercise his player optiong ='[...

Swift said that about every of his coaches ....

He is what Sean might become if he's not working hard enough on his Game .
That's nothing i want on this team , he's a clear example of a wasted talent.
He hasn't gotten any better since he was drafted .

he did play pretty lackadaisically half the time. still think his offensive game coulda helped though. But he's staying for another year, but probably not playing barring a series of injuries plaguing our other bigs. But even in that case, Frank will probably have Bokie play the 4 so he'll still never play.

Idk he at least expires next year even if he picks the option up .

Hopefully we then can package him then in some Deal on Draft Night or something .

And yes i'd rather have a hard trying Boki at the 4 then a lackluster Swift .

I'd say he's a keeper too .

He's too inconsistent to be a 6th man but still a nice wing backup .

EFF... which game did Swift play lackadasically in for the Nets?

If Swift got into an argument with Coach Frank, it just shows he's the smartest guy on the team! What was the argument about?

Does the original poster have any links we can go and look at?

Swift allways looked like he didn't really care about anything on the court ,
that's nothing we need.

What makes you say that?

I think you're wrong. Stromile has been very aggressive on both ends of the floor... offense and defense.

I don't know he had good and bad sequences and more bad then good.

That one where he decided to scream at the ref. insteand of playing ball and then stepped out of bounds on a rebound today was .....

Idk he's not really helping the team a lot.

Then why did you edit your first post?

I don't believe this but I could understand that Swift wants to play for a team that really wants him for once. He's already 28 and has never been able to get the confidence from his teammates and coaches in the past. I think he will pick up his option and maybe get traded next year, but that wouldn't be the best scenario for him if he wants to play.
