If you did not see it, Battier's defense on Kobe was incredible.
Every jumpshot his hand was in his face, and did it without fouling.
As good as Rafer was that game against the Lakers, Battier was POG.
Kind of OT: Rockets win 22 in a row leading by example

Karma? What the hell are you talking about?

I agree. Only Battier guarded Kobe and Kobe finished 11-33 with 24 points. Kobe had no easy shots and Battier had a hand in his face on almost every shot he took. Battier even had a block on Kobe in the 4th.
I havent watched a lot of Rocket games but if Battier plays like tha in every gamet, he should be the defensive player of the year.

I dont think that would be a bad matchup for them. Scola and Hayes could rotate the center position for them, and they could play small and run with the Warriors. That team has a lot of guards and Tmac can play 4 positions on that team. A line up of Scola, TMac, Battier, Jackson, and Alston would do fine against the Warriors.
Thats a much more favorable matchup than the rest of the West I think. The Lakers and the Spurs are just better at the end of the day. Especially if Bynom comes back and Laundry has more injury problems. The Jazz are probably still a bad matchup because they are well coached, have a lot of fire power, and have a good post game. The Suns might also be a bad matchup with the Shaq-Amare combo combined with their ability to make tough jumpshots.
