huh?

parker is like 33 coming to the end of his career

roy is a sophmore.

wtf dude.

and if u want to compare RIGHT NOW, than no, he cannot be better. roy is a 20/5/6 player. parker is a 13/4/2 player. and roy can only get better.

even though roy has better stats for the season, i still think that AP can shoot the ball better than Roy.

parker is a a role player, while Roy is an alll-star. AP shoots like 2 tenths of a percentage better than Roy. Roy, scores, rebounds, steal and dish way better than Parker. Roy still have room for improvement as he's A LOT younger. So no matter how you put it, AP is a scrub compare to Roy.

Parker's last 5 games

vs SAC 11 pts 6 ast 6 reb 2 stl 2 blk
vs DEn 19 pts 4 ast 3 reb 1 stl 1 blk
vs GSW 22 pts 1 ast 9 reb 1 stl
vs LAL 21 pts 2 ast 4 reb 2 stl
vs SEA 23 pts 3 ast 4 reb 1 stl

Keep in mind that they haven't been playing at home. Also earlier this month Parker had big games vs Orlando and vs Charlotte. He has been playing great especially without the presence of Bosh. Although i do agree that Roy is a way better player

Parker doesn't have the ability to create for himself or others, Roy is a lead guard, Parker is a pure shooting guard.

Parker is a better defender, and I'd say a better spot up shooter, but this is pretty easily Roy, parker couldn't be put into Roy's role and emulate the success, but Roy would be able to fill Parker's fairly well.

I'm pretty dumbfounded that this even needs a thread for discussion. Does any rational fan honestly think A Parker is the better player?

not true, parker creates his own shot most of the time. only time he doesnt is when he stands on the sides or elbows and waits to shoot a three.
