Okur is Mark Eaton compared to Boozer on defense... I swear Cheeseburger Eddy and him are very comparable on offense.

Maybe he was hoping it would make his defense look better? Being in that arena must have given Carlos the screw-the-team-as-long-as-I-look-good syndrome a little

KK needs some time on the floor to get out of his funk but I think that he is in the Dog house so the KK experiment is over.

I don't think so, it has much more to do with brewer playing MUCH better as of late and Korver struggling.

I don't think he is playing any better... I think he is getting involved more. He is getting some plays to him. I think he can do 13+ PPG if he was to be more involved in the offense.

One thing as a Jazz fan you have to accept is that defensively (one on one to be more specific) he has become MUCH MUCH better player. Earlier on the year, he would go for the steal, and he would be taken out of the defense for a 5 and 4 offense for the opponent and an easy basket. Now he is not making those mistakes and pinning down better his assignment. I want to see T-Mac and Kobe test him.

Korver definetly can be a liability, but very good taking the charges too as of late. I think Korver's true problem was on the defensive side and therefore his exclusion in games.

just wanna revive the pic
Thank God for Don Nelson. He makes basketball fun. He and Mike D'Antoni should be revered for doing what most coaches are afraid to do: let players play.

why so? Korver isn't supposed to be super clutch. It was terrible array of decision by Sloan and Williams.

still a great trade for everyone involved. (outsiders perspective)

-Utah got better
-Philly got better
-Korver is in a funk right now but he's been great.
-Giricek is averaging something like 16ppg the past week in Phoenix (9ppg overall).

one of the best overall trades in years.

I like what Korver brings, unfortunately as a streak shooter some games he will be non existent, some games he will simply take over.

He looked good tonight.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

I feel kinda happy that Giricek isn't doing too bad in Phoenix. Glad to know that Harpring still has his rubbing number.
