I honestly wouldn't straight up disagree with that. It's really close between Pierce and Garnett. Pierce has been incredible on both ends of the floor. He's easily the most important player on offense.

BTW...I hope I never have to hear Sean Elliott call a Celtics game ever again. That was the worst 2/1 hours of TV I have ever listened too. At one point I actually listened without the volume on because I could not take his insane take on the game.

Nice win...Houstons next!!!!!

Elliot was indeed brutal. The one that struck me was when you see Bowen get a fistful of Garnett's jersey as they play the super slow motion, Garnett rests his hand on Elliot's back and Eliott goes wild saying it was KG grabbing Bowen when he obviously saw different.
Everybody know Tommy Heinsohn is a homer and he makes no bones about it. It's guys like Elliot that you really hate who pretends to be unbiased that are the hardest to listen to. Heinsohn will make fun of himself in this referee thing and it will become a source of humor and he will refer to his excapades with referees.
Elliot would pass a lie detector test, swearing that the only reason the Spurs did not win all 9 of the last nine years instead of four times was dues to biased calls against SA.

You gotta love the Herald's heading for this game's recap: "Spurs lead until it counts". Quack!

hell yeah. imagine if we had gotten stuck with saras or sergio (two of the top realgm busts) instead of rondo?

or worse yet, think of the bitches' fans who got stuck with isiah?
