I have plenty of confidence in this game that we can get a win. Defense is the key and we should approach the game like we have a chip on our shoulder, as I am sure the team feels this way now.

Defense, Defense, Defense....

We're gonna get worked....after what I saw on Sunday, I understand that we are very vulnerable and badly weakened right now.

PG - Fisher
SG - Bryant
SF - Odom
PF - Injured
C - Injured

Those two positions have been a huge factor in our current standing in the Western Conference. We have to find a way to remain competitive in this game long enough to maybe pull it out. Kobe has to play smart and shrug off defenders. I know for damn sure that Jason Kidd is gonna be pissed after getting smoked for 52 Points....

hopefully lamar's good defense on dirk makes a return. 10-26 from dirk would be great. dampier better not go for 16pts/17rebs on 7-7 shooting again.

At least Kidd probably won't light up the Lakers by scoring. Need to rebound keep an eye on giving up easy points in transition.

Dirk's going to light it up... Lakers don't have anyone who can match his size and guard him on D.

lamar did a pretty good job last game. 10 for 26, 10 for 26.

I'm not so worried about Dirk. I'm more worried about what the others will do.
Dampier looked like Wilt against us the last game. We got to keep his butt of the boards and not let him get so many offensive rebounds. He also was playing very physical against us including against Kobe. I hope the Lakers rise to the occaision and match the physical play.

We have to play in your face defense against them. That will be the key.
Also don't let Kidd run like he likes to. Slow him down and get the ball out of his hands. This might be a good game to play some zone D.
Also, give some minutes to Mbenga.

Let's go Lakers

Something tells me Lakers win this tomorrow...after reading articles that Kobe...fish sasha and farmer worked on their shot on their own time, tells me they want this one...just gut feeling says Lakers play D and win...

for some odd reason Lamar turns into Bruce Bowen on Dirk whenever the Lakers play the Mavs. the problem has been that Lamar has been out in the last few games against the Mavs.

what I am worried about is Kidds 3 point shooting. everybody says that he can't shoot and the Lakers always give him enough space and he always burns us.

Make Jason Kidd into a scorer, and we have a good shot at this.
