In the intro I would probably cheer/applaud but during the game I would likely boo him.

Iverson will NOT get booed. He didn't get booed while he was in a Sixers uniform. Why would it change now? He's going to retire a Sixer.

Billy King is the person who stands a good chance of being booed if ever placed before a Sixers crowd.

I'll be there in Section 112 - cheering my azz off (until the ball is tipped off).

Life is too short to hold grudges. Respect the man and what he did for this team...this city...simply one of the most amazing athletes that I have ever had the honor of watching. Did he f*ck up sometimes?

Yup.

And for those who choose to boo, one question:

Did YOU ever f*ck up in your life?

Here's the stone...the glass house is over here...

You'd be an idiot to boo him.

Idk, what I would do..cheer in the intro which will be the most emotional for Iverson and long time 76er fans...but its safe to say I'm not going to the game..probaly just going to buy some playoff tickets.

Alright,Granted that it looks like the Nuggets are not making the postseason. At 40-27 which would be a top 4 team in the eastern conference.

My point really is if Allen Iverson not this year, maybe Nuggets turn it around in the offseason or maybe A.I leaves in a summer or two..ok with all that said here is the question:

Would A.I retire as a 76er, if he won a championship with another team before he retired, A.I is in his 30s now, so I say 4-6 years down the road maybe longer if he can stay somewhat healthy.

By the way I don't think it will be with Nuggets, they can't play Defense for **** with last year's defensive player of the year in Camby hows that make any sense. Oh yeah there perimeter defense allows all these 3's its poor in Defenders like J.R Smith,Linas Klieza,Anthony Carter, Iverson who seems more into offense and stealing the ball,Melo hasn't shown he can stop opposing teams best player, and Camby just sitting the paint blocking shots, but thats the only D they play.

They would probaly need to make a move for a reliable power forward in the post or pray that k-mart gets healthy,or get someone who can guard on the perimeter. As 76ers and Iverson fan hopefully in the next decade we win a title, and as well as Iverson to win a title to define the greatest small man in the game.
I don't think I Trust The Process anymore! :banghead:
We are the originals! We are the Philadelphia 76ers!

CHEER CHEER CHEER....He was the face of Philly sports during his time here, and provided more scintilating moments than any player in recent memory.

iverson was the most important philly athlete in 25 years...he will definitely get a standing ovation...i think 90% of the ppl understood what happened and i think alot of ppl sensed a trade coming since the previous season so they were braced for it

on a sidenote, philly is in a serious downtrend of superstar athletes...im not talking about mvps or allstars but guys who transcend the experience...

a few years ago there were guys like iverson, mcnabb, owens, cunningham, thome, schilling, forsberg, roenick, lindros

now theyve been replaced (with the exception of mcnabb) by guys like iggy, westbrook, howard, rollins, utley, and mike richards...out of those names i can see the big 3 of the phillies reaching superstardom if they win a title but the other guys just dont have that gene (maybe mcnabb but hes on his way out)

I'd applaud. Certainly wouldn't hoot and hollar. But I couldn't boo, either. He provided me with too many exciting moments for that. However, I'm still salty at AI for unceremoniously attacking Mo and also calling the team "dull" since being traded.

Typical that the three people who voted for "Boo" wouldn't show up and rationlize their votes.

he called the arena and the attendance dull, not the team.

he's gone on record about 5x already since November saying how he hopes Philly makes the playoffs and how he loves those guys.
