on

landry is the better offensive player more explosive. And it a great offensive rebounder. He just needs to work on his defense

I think he should... at the very least, he needs to see more time on the court.

Because Mutombo is strictly a low post player even though he's an offensive liability, we need someone who can play at the high post. Scola is definitely more expandable at the high post rather than Landry.

No. Scola is fine starting. I think though unless we play some huge team that Scola and Landry or Scola and Hayes should start. I don't like starting games with Mutombo. I mean yes our defense will suffer some but our offense will be better as shown tonight.

We are what.. 23-3 with Scola in the starting lineup? Why would we change that?

nah landry is perfect off the bench... hes a high energy, explosive spark for the team...

he does need more minutes... and scola/landry need to be on the court together more often...

Before he went down, he and Scola were pretty much splitting minutes evenly at the 4, with Scola starting and Landry finishing.

That's pretty much what they did tonight, except Landry's minutes were reduced a little since it was his first game back. Once the coaching staff figure his knee's ok, they'll probably go back to the 50/50 split with Landry off the bench but finishing - which is about right for this team I think.

Scola needs to find his J again. It was money for the majority of the streak, but seems to have deserted him lately.

For now, Scola is the more rounded and polished player. I like our rotation as it is.

No , Landry is great off the bench but I'd like us to finish games with Scola and Landry together.
Also play Landry with T-Mac as much as possible he will convert T-Mac's passes into dunks.
I love Landry I hope we can sign him long term for like 4 million a year.

I dont think so Landry is awesme off the bench, he brings great passion and energy. I would also do what Shabi said to play him with Tmac as much as possible, TMac finds his teamates but know one beisdes Landry dunks. The others miss the contested lay-uo or get blocked

Why are you guys so obsessed with the meanings of things like starters, 3rd options, life, etc??? Rick Adelman is an NBA level coach. He knows he has options at the 4 spot so if one of his guys is playing poorly I'm sure he'll bring in someone else. So keep the rotation like it is....or change it I don't care. But don't expect some special meaning to come with Landry being promoted to starter if he is because if he's playing poorly then Scola will still get the lion's share of the minutes that particular game. Chuck Hayes will be part of these considerations as well.

No Rock, no! You have to have meaningless labels and functionless boxes for everything! That's just the way life works.
