Why is it you guys lock all sorts of sports themed postings that may better belong in another posting, but the author doesn't want to have it either get lost or have it just turn into the petty name calling etc. Then you guys let topics about all sorts of non Bucks items sit on the board. I'm sure there are different chat boards for spyware problems or hooking up ebox live, and they should go there to find their answers. I just think you guys just need to be consistent in what you allow.

We are consistent. We will allow a topic or two on things like "Xbox help" or "Blue Ray DVD's" because a large number of our posters here appreciate the community and trust the responses they will get.
Where we try to keep the board clean is by not having 18 threads each with one person's opinion on the same topic.
I agree there is some editorial work that may not please all, but on balance it makes the board readable.
You'd be surprised how many players, media and front office hit this particular board in a given day or week. So we try to do our best to keep it organized. We apologize if you get a thread locked, as it is an imperfect science.
