Anyone else think the Sixers are better off staying in 7th and playing Detroit rather than 6th to play Orlando? I don't think Philly will get 5th, I think Washington will end up there.
Maybe it was the win the other night against Detroit or this loss tonight vs. Orlando but I'm thinking 7th spot isn't so bad right now.

We have no shot vs either team it's fools gold to actually believe Detroit is a better team to play than Orlando. It will be a quick exit out of the playoffs vs any of the top 3 teams in the East.

I don't think the Sixers have much of a chance angainst any of the top teams in the East in a 7-game series...but who even thought they would have a chance this year?
Whoever it was (TGP?) who said that Detroit might be our best matchup may be right. Unless we can do what we did against the Spurs and just stay at how with Sammy on Howard, we have no shot at beating the Magic, IMO. I thought that we might have a shot against the Cavs, but the way that LeBron is playing right now, I think that the Pistons may be the team we have the best shot at beating.
No surprise tonight. Just get the game tomorrow night. We are almost through the roughest part of our schedule. The Wiz still have to go out West...and Toronto keeps falling back to us. It's so hard to know where we are going to finish up - I just want us to play well going into the playoffs. This team has shown the ability to bounce back...I doubt that this one will linger too long.

For a team that wasn't really expected to be in the playoffs this year you guys are playing very good and nobody thought Golden State would beat Dallas last year.
You never know what happens in the playoffs.

This loss doesn't scare me. Philly can beat Orlando in a 7 game series. They just laid an egg last night. It was over in the first quarter. You could tell something wasn't right real early.
Philly's best chance obviously is to get up to 5 and face Cleveland, but they have a chance against Orlando and Detroit. I'm not saying they will win, but they can compete. Philly's done their job avoiding Boston. Now they just need to keep playing solid ball and keep the momentum.
Orlando's ability to hit three pointers is something that Philly has no answer for. However if Orlando is on fire they are extremely hard to beat for any team except Boston.
Because Philly has no 3 point shooting they've got to defend the arc even more than the inside against a three point oriented team like Orlando. They can't double team and scramble.

As a Magic fan I gotta say I agree with you. Man it looked like Jameer flopped on those two straight calls. I can't stand the flop even if its my own team that benefits from it. I seriously hope the NBA will actually enforce it next year like they said they would.

I wish we killed the Wiz when we played they then lost to you guys instead. I enjoy watching your team more then their gimpy asses.

Very true, remember the Magic are a young team. I would rather face a young team in the playoffs then a team that has been to the finals.
