Stanford has too much inside, but it'll be interesting to see the guard matchups and how close the game stays because of it.

Stanford 72-MU 66

Has anyone noticed that Wisconsin ALWAYS advances playing 10-15 seeds, and ALWAYS loses to seeds 9 and higher? With that being said, if they were playing USC I'd predict a loss. But they're playing K-State who is an 11, so they'll win and lose in the sweet 16.

But seriously, I don't think a Bo Ryan team has beaten a single didget seeded team in his 7 years here. When they lost in the sweet 16 to Kentucky, they beat two 10+ seeds and when they went to the elite eight and lost to UNC, they defeated 3 10+ seeds. It bodes well for today, not next week...unless we play Davidson.

I think that K State matches up well with Wisconsin and they sneak out the upset. I also think that Stanford will be able to slow down the pace of the game and shut down any perimeter scoring of Marquette's...Stanford wins.

But I'm usually wrong.

They beat St. Johns in 2002.

OK, they beat a 9 seed six years ago. That still isn't very good, they're very lucky with their matchups.

Bo Ryan hasn't had teams as good as this year and last year during his tenure in the past. Not only that, but last year Brian Butch going down was a HUGE blow to our tournament chances.

why would Wisconsin loose to k-state? they match up great to them. They play great defense and will give great trouble to beasley. I just don't see it. I see wisconsin winning by at least 6.

MU on the other hand is going to have a tough day if they can't hit a lot of threes.
