OT: Joel Przybilla is awesome

Post#1 » by trwi7 » Sun Mar 23, 2008 4:53 am

At least for tonight. 14 points and 25 rebounds in 35:22 against the Clippers.

Some more games.

New York is really good at tanking, lost by 21 to the T'Wolves.

New Orleans beat the Celtics. Chris Paul had a blah game for him. Only 19 points and 7 assists.

Philadelphia continues to roll beating the Nets 91-87. Dalembert with 18 rebounds and Igoudala with 28/7/5.

Amare Stoudemire is a beast. 38 points and 13 rebounds. Made all 20 of his free throws in a win against Houston.

D-League scrub Stephane Lasme (who I made an entire thread about the Bucks signing a while ago) had 7 points, 3 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 steals in 25 minutes for Miami in his first game.

I really hope they get screwed in the lottery. Their tanking couldn't be more obvious and I hate their fans.

I don't remember your thread. But I do remember mine.

I still think we were both right. Awvee "F---ing" Storey.

Mine was more about looking at the D-League for players (Lasme was one of the main targets) instead of signing garbage like Storey, so I think you deserve more credit in this one.

I'd like to see the Bucks call up Rod Benson.

And there were some of you who fought me tooth and nail when it was rumored to bring Amare here, 'oh I don't want him here, he is hurt too much!'

Yea right...few know true talent around here. Amare is a top 3 NBA stud in this league. There is not one player in the league I would take over him to start my team.

NOT ONE!

He's not even among the top 5 players in the NBA

There are about 7 guys I would take to start a team that are ahead of Amare

I'm a fan of his, he's a great ball player. But do you think he might benefit from playing in the most talented starting line up in the NBA? I wont deny He's a franchise player, but if you can tell me you would take Amare before Lebron, Kobe, KG, Duncan, Chris Paul, Steve Nash or Dwayne Wade I would have to question that.

Paul was limited by fouls, but he still won the game with crucial baskets down the stretch. He took a couple of crazy shots, but he made them.

I think next year the NBA should compare the amount of rebounds he gets to the amount of splinters he ends up with in his ass per game from sitting on the bench all season.

I was right there with you, over on the JS. I was hoping he would fall to the Bucks in the second round of the draft. Then, I was hoping he would be picked up after Golden State cut him.

Yes sir, F*** Awvee Storey. I really don't understand why NBA teams prefer to regurgitate guys who have PROVEN that they are only scrubs, and nothing more.

Lasme put up like 10+ reb/per and 5 blk/per in college. You're telling me that no one would take a flyer on this guy after Golden State, who is coached by a guy who is notorious for his distain towards rookies, cut him?

If it was up to me, there would always be a roster spot open on the Bucks for an intriguing player like that.
