If I was Memphis, my draft would look like this: Beasley>Brook Lopez>Rose (Rotate guards Conley, Rose and Crittenton and let them do their thing)
It could also make sense to upgrade with Rose and move Conley for a big if Beasley and BLopez are taken before, but I would love to have both Conley and Rose as an quick guard combo for years to come.
Rose as a SG

Rose could also POTENTIALLY be great in the pick and roll, i say potentially becuase i havent seen Memphis use pick and roll the entire season.
Im just saying, Rose is a lot about potential..maybe not as much as DeAndre Jordan..but still.
Because Memphis runs the dribble drive motion offense. There's little to no picking in that offense or setting screens.

I like the way he keeps track of his team mates. He always knows where everyone is on the floor and can usually find them. He makes pretty good decisons with the ball and I agree with CB4MiamiHeat in that he has the potential to be a lock down defender.
I'd like to see him add a mid range J that he hits pulling up off the dribble. It seems that most of his shots inside of the 3pt line are floating tear drops.
He has a very high dribble, especially at full speed, which is kind of weird too.

Actually it was 7 assist I overstated anyway you get the point. It was a quiet 7 assist as well. Everything Memphis runs is an isolation play in any other systems and with better 3 point shooters Rose could average 7 or 8 assist a game to go along with 15 or 16 points, and he also rebounds really well for a guard because of his strength and leaping ability.

I've noticed this too, it seems to go along with him moving so quickly with the ball. I once saw a video of Memphis running drills and Rose went from coast to coast with three dribbles. He definitely wasn't palming the ball either, he's just that fast.

He seems to have a pretty tight dribble (with both hands) except for the high bounce thing.
I wonder if it will get him into trouble in the pro's? I can imagine someone like Rondo having career high's in steals playing against Rose.
