Calling Out Brandon Bass!

Now it is time four you to play your natural position at power forward. This is your moment to show what you can do. I know you were part of the Cuban-Avery fued and I heard it both ways: Cuban wanting more PT for you and Cuban wanting less PT for you. Whatever the truth is, now is the time to prove your critics wrong.

It is wrong to play you at center and now you should be getting no less than 33 MPG with Dirk out at the PF spot. Time to prove what you can do and if you and Kidd fit with each other.

Dunk it, 15 ft or less jump-shots, 85% FT shooting and more importantly, when you are covered, find Kidd and he can get the ball to the right person.

Now is the time to prove if you deserve minutes in the playoff rotation.

Brandon Bass shows signs of improvement, but not enough for me to feel any sort of hope that he can carry the load at PF for (hopefully) the next 2 weeks.

I think he most definitely can play a Carl Landry, Paul Millsap type of role. He's not going to provide the points obviously, but he should be solid in Dirk's absence.
