Yahoo's "10 most historically inaccurate movies: films that make your high school history teacher cry" --- has little explanations within the link provided

---- some are quite ovbious, even for an amateur historian ... I think Yahoo has a problem with Mel Gibson 3/3

- 10,000 BC
- Gladiator
- 300
- The Last Samurai
- Apocolypto
- Memoirs of a Geisha
- Braveheart
- Elizabeth: The Golden Age
- The Patriot
- 2001: A Space Odyssey

Yahoo just explains why they're historically inaccurate, never saying they're bad films, although its almost implied.

And the warriors of Sparta went into battle wearing bronze armor, not just leather Speedos.

how would they show off their 6 packs with armor on?

Well if you find too many of 'em in a parking lot you could be sure that it is an Indian/Chinese neighborhood.

DB, I remember we were supposed to meet up one time to get coffee and check out skanky ass Viet girls with dyed hair (you know you love em). Whatever happened to that (I'm going to guess that I flaked because I'm just lame like that). If anyone is still up for some bball, sometime during the week let me know.

Tony, that VeeDub is totally you. Looks like a hippie shag wagon. We're going to need updates on the restorations.

And speaking of updates... how's the life changing workout coming along Miles? I got a lot invested in you being able to get ripped, seeing as how I'm also 5'7" and 140-145. I'm working out vicariously through you.

Dude, hit me up. Didn't realize you were leaving that hell hole you call Boston. ;)

Once you get pass their fake boobs with a case of no-ass-at-all, you don't mind their hair.

Man, I wish I lived down there. I'd get you to help me do up my '89 Toyota MR2
