^ You didn't address all sorts of issues, such as 1) if you can't measure inconsistency statistically then what is your alternative (most would say careful observation), 2) how is PER capable of capturing defensive impact (this is nonsense according to its own creator), or 3) how is Odom not overpaid compared to peers such as Prince, Manu, West, Turk, etc.? None of this addressed in actual detail, merely ignored or glossed over. Not at all difficult to see for anyone here that has followed the debate and is actually willing to participate in it.

I mean, for god sakes, you are now claiming Kidd's "statistical profile was amazing", even though his career PER is a mere 1.7 points ahead of Odom's. Yet Kidd is the surefire HOF'er while Odom never will be, and guess what, that's due to observation of intangible impact such as defensive ability/awareness and basketball IQ. The sorts of things you've been told on several occasions Odom does not possess at an elite level, but which you refuse to concede. The sorts of things that separate Kidd from Odom, making Kidd the surefire HOF'er despite only marginally better statistical production throughout his career.

Though I guess I shouldn't really expect anything different from someone who relied completely on statistical output to argue for Odom in a comparison to James Worthy, while simultaneously ignoring Worthy's immensely superior postseason output. In fact, you are quite adept at making one argument (Odom's isn't overpaid, Odom isn't inconsistent, etc.) and then pretty much ignoring the reply. You'd make a superior politician. In fact, your posting style reminds me of another Odom apologist.
