Tomorrow should be interesting since Joba is likely to only last 4 innings assuming he pitches well and economically. I don't like having to rely on our pen against Halladay, but the only bright spot from tonight's loss is that all of our pen should be ready to go tomorrow.

this long reliever has done a good job, lets plug him in the 8th inning instead of farnsworthless...

every time I look around toronto is in scoring position, and the yankees are bouncing into inning ending DP's.. right now toronto, tampa and Boston are just better than us because they have pitchers who can actually hold leads.. we don't!!

game over.. this is just stupid, you basically waste joba for two innings and then bring in half azzed pitchers to get peppered around the rest of the game, now we have no joba for the next 4 games.....

As of this point, we are not even a a legit wild card contender.... I say at this point it is clear that tampa, Boston, toronto and maybe baltimore is just better than we are. Period, no contest.. just bring up the farm and go all out with young players, move guys like pettite, mussina, giambi, damon, and just go full blown.. we are just wasting time with this team the way it is built right now.. Too many got damn holes to be able to compete with these other teams... No starting pitching that can go 7 strong!!! No bullpen, no speed on the bases, no defense in the outfield except center.. come on!!!!!!!!!
