Just a thought for Mavs fans -- Warriors gave up on Patrick O'Bryant, who was a 9th overall pick. He showed some flashes but had his confidence killed and was basically ignored by Nellie on the bench, even during blowouts. You could pick him up and he might end up being a decent player -- make him into more of a defender/rebounder. Much more of a Mavs style C than warriors.

If this team doesn't make the playoffs, I really hope the FO isn't stupid enough to keep clinging to the same roster that has continually failed over and over. Blow the sh*t up seriously, I don't care about ties or loyalties, Terry, Stackhouse, Josh need to go. Dirk if he can get great value back should also not be untouchable, though he should be the last in line. Get rid of all the old spares Avery has garnered over the years instead of developing young talent. Bye EJ, bye Juwan, Bye George, etc.
Oh and hopefully, BYE AVERY

The West is ONLY getting younger and better with the emergence of the Lakers, Hornets, Jazz, even Blazers in upcoming years. No more room for the old overrated players we have on this team (including Avery's man lover Stackhouse). They had their chances in 06, last season and even this regular season, but enough is enough. Nothing is worse than being mediocre, which is exactly where the team is headed.

Every other great West team has at least two legit all stars on their rosters, with many young pieces around them. All we have is Dirk, an over the hill Kidd, and a bunch of overrated jumpshooters. Honestly, think about it, this roster and coach isn't going to be anything but MEDIOCRE in this Western conference.
