Hypothetically speaking, who would win in a dunk contest?

Kobe
Lebron
Vince
Dwight

Im new to this board. My friends call me the pistol. On the court my arm is a cannon. I make it rain.

Accusing someone of binging on meth for responding to a question that you asked probably isn't the best way to make a name for yourself on these boards.

About your nickname--A cannon is neither a pistol nor is it a method of producing rain. Keep your ego in check; "Pistol" will always be Pete Maravich's nickname. If you want a basketball nickname, try to pick one that hasn't already been taken by a hall-of-famer. Then again, you did just call him "Air" LeBron. :roll:

It would be Vince vs. LeBron in the second round, for sure.

Lebron only has 2 dunks..reverse with the pump and the windmill..

how could he beat the greatest dunker in NBA history? Carter jumped over a 7 footer..that's the only thing I have to say about Vince Carter's dunking ability..

7 foot man standing..Vince Carter JUMPED OVER HIS HEAD..he didn't knock him over like Ricky Davis did to Nash..he didn't get his knees on the other guy's chest like Chambers did to Mark Jackson..he cleared his head..a 7 foot man..

say what you want about Vince Carter and how he doesn't put any effort into his game, but never question his dunking ability..

Vince is a way more creative dunker than LeBron. Don't you think LeBron would've participated in the dunk comp by now if he was so good?

IMO Lebron has never entered a dunk contest because he is petrified that if he loses his image will be tarnished. However; i believe in Lebrons ability. Vince in his prime is a monster but lets keep in mind that he never received half the hype coming into the nba as lebron did. he had to make a name for himself. notice how he never defended his title.

thats a terrible attitude. the greats before him did it for the fans not for themselves. who cares about their images the dunk compitition is for the FANS! its actually the only event worth watching on saturday.

lol is this thread a joke lol, Howard is a freak but I don't think he should of even won this year lol. Bron can't even do the type of Dunks VC does in a Video game lol. VC aint in his prime but he would still eat any of these guys in a dunk contest even now.

if he would have made that last dunk to threepeat, he would have been a legend.

i mean, he had crazy dunks in his first two years, and just needed a simple one to claim his title for the third time, but no, he goes for a 360 alleyoop elbow dunk. crazy
