The Summit had something that Toyota Center will never have:

2 Rockets Championships on it's floor.

...Toyota Center is much nicer though.
We watched the tragedy unfold. We did as we were told, we bought and sold. It was the greatest show on Earth...but then it was over.

The Summit. The memories of games that I went to, including 93-94 championship and 94-95 championship. Easily FOR NOW the Summit.

Toyota Center is more central.

Summit was in a cooler part of town and imo a nicer building (there was just something about it). It also had better parking.

But Toyota Center kept Les from bolting town. Damned luxury boxes and owners holding cities hostage until they build them new arenas. Have I mentioned that I hate outright government/taxpayer subsidization of private business before?

A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor
