Grant Hill-HOF?
The recent CWebb HOF discussion reminds me of another player who had his career ruined by injuries-Hill. Hill won the "triple crown" for his team multiple times, and was averaging pretty close to a TD for a season. He made a couple of all nba teams and was an elite player at his peak. But then, the injury happened. So in your opinion, should Hill make the HOF, and why/why not?
Likewise, how do his chances compare with similar players?

I'll say no, but I can understand why he'd get in just based off college and the Olympics.

Just about every womens player in the HOF in Springfield is in due based soley on college and Olympics.
If they can get in like that, why not Grant Hill?
(see thread below about NBA establishing its own HOF)

Yes. Besides the stellar college accomplishments, he was a four-time All-NBA second teamer and made one first team. For four years, he was the flat out best small forward in the world.
Meanwhile, Reggie Miller will probably make it easily even though he actually made less All-Star games and only 3 All-NBA third teams.

C-Webb won't make it because the NCAA record books have erased Michigan from '92 through '93.

If he does get in, it will be due to his college and Olympic history. Had he stayed injury-free, he would have made it based on his NBA career quite easily. At the moment though, I'd say if he wants to get in based on his time in the NBA, he will need to keep performing for a few more years, and win a title or two.
