I really want Shaq back in Orlando after he retires!
With all the problems he's had with staying in shape during his playing career, just imagine what is going to happen when he doesn't have to stay in good enough shape to half-jog half-walk up the court anymore. He'll literally burst within a few years of his retirement. I think that should happen in Orlando.

Shaq as GM - NO. Grant as Pres - maybe someday since he is a true leader and seems very capable.
I wouldn't mind Shaq coming back to the Magic orginazation in some capacity though. He certainly demands a ton of media attention and as many have pointed out people really do follow him. However, I wouldn't put too much stock in anything Shaq says right now. He is well know for goofing off, playing around and doing whatever he can to stir things up. He does still have a home here in O-town and I do believe he'll probably be showing his face a lot around town for many years to come once he retires.
