I don't know why we rarely use it. When he posts up, good things happen. Very few PGs are stocky/strong enough to bother him down there, so why not milk it?

Oh right, Avery is an idiot.

Avery can't adjust his "system" to get the most out of the players.

Sorry to bump this thread but Avery just ran two consecutive post-up plays for Kidd and one resulted in a bucket, the other an open three for Jones (Howard cleaned up the miss but the fact is he was wide-open)

yea i agree he needs to do it more, especially when he's able to establish position on the low block like i saw him against farmar

To be fair to Avery, Phil switched to having Kobe on Kidd so he couldn't do it anymore.
